As an already established secondary school, we are continuing to grow the next stage of our development and are now recruiting a Lower Key Stage 2 teacher to join our primary phase. Now, as an all through school, our Academy couples student social development in the early stages of their education with the learning skills learned throughout to maintain our high academic standards. Students make exceptional progress at the Academy and our performance was judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in all areas as of September 2018. The inspectors described teaching at the Academy as ‘stunning’ and the behaviour of student as ‘impeccable’. The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role as continuity is key. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers. You must hold full QTS and will be supported throughout your NQT year by the LDBS on the BPSI programme. The school are looking for individuals that are:
