Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in delivering effective lessons, ensuring that students are engaged and participating in the learning process.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help, ensuring their specific learning needs are met.
Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Prepare teaching materials, resources, and equipment to facilitate learning.
Assist in assessing and recording student progress, helping to identify areas where additional support may be required.
Work closely with students with special educational needs, providing the necessary assistance and care to help them succeed.
Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
- The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and safeguarding training.
