Job Description:
As a KS2 Teacher you will be expected to play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and creating a welcoming and accepting learning environment. This will include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that respects and celebrates diversity.
Assessing and tracking student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Communicating with parents and caregivers to ensure a strong partnership in supporting student development.
Encouraging open dialogue about diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- A deep understanding of the national curriculum for KS2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the classroom and school community.
