About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one or small group support to students in line with their learning needs. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. In addition, you will contribute to the implementation of the National Curriculum and support students in GCSE preparation.

Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience in supporting students’ learning and development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to inclusivity and promoting student success. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and GCSE processes is advantageous.
