Assessing and tracking pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to support individual learning styles and abilities.
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and support staff to plan and manage lessons, ensuring a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.
Utilizing creative teaching approaches to inspire and motivate children, fostering a love for learning.
Managing and guiding support staff, delegating responsibilities where appropriate, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.
Liaising with multi-professionals and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for the benefit of student development
Maintaining high expectations for all children, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
Assessing child development, devising and implementing activities to support continual attainment and growth.
Committing to the duration of the placement and actively engaging in further professional development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or extensive instructor experience.
- Recent classroom experience within the last three years.
