They will promote lifelong learning through their constant drive to improve their own practice, as well as supporting those they work with to develop their skills.
You will be helping to create an exciting and challenging curriculum, to ensure that our pupils can attend the best Universities or successfully compete for sought-after apprenticeships. You will help to create a distinctive culture and philosophy so that from the moment someone enters the school, they will know this is where the learner is empowered to ‘be the best that they can possibly be’. Qualifications are required for this role
The school are looking for individuals have:
A Qualified Teacher Status (either a PGCE, B.Ed, BA or Cert Ed.)
Dedication and passion about secondary education and the current Maths curriculum
Knowledge and understanding of how to implement the current Science Curriculum
A creative and dynamic approach to teaching and learning
An honest, understanding and compassionate attitude towards students
Excellent teaching references
Strong behaviour management skills
Eligible to work in the UK
A DBS check or happy to complete one
