About the Role

We’re actively searching for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time KS1 Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team immediately for the long term. This vacancy has arisen due to the growth of our intervention support team, presenting an exciting opportunity to make a difference.

As a KS1 Intervention Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting young learners who need extra assistance to unlock their full potential. Your duties will involve collaborating closely with teachers to implement targeted interventions, providing support to individual students and small groups, and contributing to the development of a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Key Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

●       Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.

●       A strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and effective intervention strategies.

●       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●       Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development.
