Are you a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) who has yet to find your perfect role? Don’t worry, your dream role is just around the corner! Teach Now are responsible for placing up to 50 ECTs in schools in Barnet on a yearly basis, and we still have many schools who are still looking for ECTs. We extend a warm invitation to join our agency, where an array of exceptional teaching positions awaits you across the borough of Barnet, from Nursery to Key Stage 2.

Qualifications and Traits we look for in our Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status 

Knowledge of the current curriculum – We ask that you have a strong grasp of the curriculum in your chosen phase

Willingness to grow – We understand that as an ECT your journey is just beginning and we realise the importance of continued self learning and improvement in the journey to becoming an outstanding practitioner. 

Strong collaborative skills – Work alongside your parallel teacher and SLT will be vital to your progress and the progress of your students.
