Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Support)

Location: Hendon, London

Salary: Up to £100 per day

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team immediately. This role is focused on providing crucial support to our secondary students aged 14 and above, particularly those with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with students with Autism, providing tailored support to meet their specific needs.
Assist in the delivery of individualized educational programs, ensuring students’ progress and development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our students.
Collaborate with our experienced teaching staff to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Provide one-to-one support and facilitate group activities, helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.


Experience in working with students with Autism and/or SEN.
Strong commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and empathetic approach to working with students with diverse needs.
Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs is desirable.
