Job Description

They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their dynamic team. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of their youngest learners (ages 3-5). You will inspire, educate, and support children in their early developmental stages, laying the foundation for their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 3-5.

·         Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.

·         Conduct regular assessments to track individual progress and provide tailored support as needed.

·         Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication and a strong partnership in each child’s learning journey.

·         Contribute to the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring it meets national standards and promotes a love for learning.


·         Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, with a specialisation in Early Years Education.

·         Proven experience in teaching early years children, with a deep understanding of child development theories and best practices.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

·         An innovative and creative approach to teaching, incorporating a variety of learning styles and resources.

·         Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest trends and methodologies in early years education.
