About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive daily salary of £85-£100.

This role has become available due to our continued commitment to enhancing our SEN department. You will be joining a passionate team, working closely with our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students in a class size of 20-25. This role stands out due to our strong focus on professional development and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ lives.

Application Requirements:

• A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or Teaching Assistance is advantageous.

• Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Implement and adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create inclusive learning environments.

• Monitor and report on student progress.
