About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate SEN TA with a specialism in SEMH to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £85 to £100 per day, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities: As a SEN TA specializing in SEMH, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing classroom environment. From providing one-on-one support to implementing tailored interventions, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Supporting students in managing their emotions and behaviors.

• Collaborating with teachers to adapt curriculum materials as needed.

• Monitoring and recording student progress.

• Liaising with parents and external professionals as required.
