Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This part-time role focuses on providing booster sessions for low-achieving students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. This position has become available due to our growing need for additional support in the classroom, reflecting our commitment to personalised education.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable.
• Strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Experience working with SEN students.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing booster sessions for low-achieving students.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop tailored intervention plans.
• Supporting classroom activities and enhancing student engagement.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
