About the Role: SEN Teaching Assistant in ARP Unit.

School Overview: Our partner school is a large and vibrant 4-form entry institution, well-known for its commitment to providing outstanding support for students with special educational needs. The Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit serves as a cornerstone for inclusive education.

Role Requirements:

Experience with Autism and Physical Disabilities: The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working with students dealing with autism and physical disabilities, showcasing a profound understanding of their unique needs.
IEP Creation: Proficiency in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) is crucial, as you will play a pivotal role in tailoring support to meet the specific requirements of each student.
Professionalism: Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions with students, colleagues, and parents.
SEN Qualifications (Not Essential): While SEN qualifications are advantageous, we welcome applications from highly experienced individuals with a strong background in SEN.
