KS2 Teaching Assistant (Intervention Specialist)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM during term time.


Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day

My client, a distinguished school located within the welcoming community of Ealing, is seeking a compassionate individual to join their team as a KS2 Teaching Assistant with a focus on Intervention.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the educational journey of our KS2 students, particularly those who may require additional assistance. Your understanding of KS2 intervention strategies will enable you to provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, empowering them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a compassionate Teaching Assistant, with a specific focus on KS2 intervention.
• A deep understanding of the importance of tailored interventions in unlocking student potential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge meaningful connections with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• A patient and empathetic approach, driven by a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and growth.
