Job Description

Teach Now are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a mixed secondary school in Enfield Lock. As part of this role you will be working with students with challenging behaviour in the internal exclusion unit and the classroom, taking children out of the classroom when needed. You must have experience working with young people, previous SEN experience is desirable. 

This role is perfect for someone that is engaging, creative in their approaches and passionate about education. This is the ideal role for someone looking to progess into a senior pastoral position. 

Qualifications are NOT required for this role

The school are looking for individuals are:

Dedicated and passionate about supporting the needs of the children
Able to commit for the duration of the placement
Experience is not required but is ideal supporting children with SEND
Creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning
Honest and compassionate
Happy to complete training to further develop their knowledge and understanding in education.
DBS checked or happy to complete one
