Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting classroom learning, boosting interventions, and catering to the individual needs of our diverse student body. Working closely with experienced teachers, you will assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students is highly desirable.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting student learning and classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement effective learning strategies.
• Provide targeted support to students during class activities and interventions.
• Assist in the creation of resources and materials to support learning objectives.
