SEN Teaching Assistant (Challenging Behaviours Specialist)

Location: Hackney, East London

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Term Time Only

Pay: £85-£100 Daily Rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications

My client, a reputable school nestled in the vibrant community of Hackney, East London, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in managing challenging behaviours. Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
Proven ability to effectively manage challenging behaviours in a classroom setting.
Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience
