About the role: As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of our young learners. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, and facilitate booster sessions to enhance learning outcomes.

Your enthusiasm, patience, and dedication will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Application Requirements:

• Experience working with Key Stage 1 students in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.

• A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Adaptability and resilience in responding to the diverse needs and challenges of the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Key Stage 1 students.

• Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs, including implementing personalised learning plans and accommodations.

• Lead small group interventions to reinforce key concepts and boost academic progress.
