About the role:

We’re seeking a passionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £85 to £100 per day, reflecting our commitment to valuing and rewarding our staff. You’ll be stepping into a vibrant classroom environment, supporting the learning and development of our Key Stage 2 students, particularly focusing on boosters and interventions.

Application Requirements:

To excel in this role, you’ll need a passion for education and a genuine desire to support children in their learning journey. Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students and familiarity with booster and intervention strategies are highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a holistic learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to Key Stage 2 students.

• Assist with classroom activities and facilitate student engagement.

• Implement tailored interventions to support student progress.

• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to assess student needs.
