Teach Now are recruiting for one of our clients, a 2 form entry primary school in Haringey who are looking for an experienced KS2 teacher to join them in September. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT coming to the end of their 2 year induction. The is an Ofsted rated Outstanding school, in the heart of a vibrant community surrounded by excellent transport links.

Position: Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher

Location: Haringey, London

Start: September 2023

Pay: Inner London M3 – M6

Responsibilities:
As a Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the educational development and growth of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the National Curriculum, ensuring students’ progress and attainment.
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
Employing a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective schemes of work, assessments, and individualized learning plans.
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student progress and well-being.
Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Hold a recognized teaching qualification, preferably with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students, preferably within a two-form entry school setting.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the National Curriculum, assessment strategies, and effective teaching methodologies.
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Show enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives.
Have a commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes students’ well-being and personal development.
