Position: Year 3 Class Teacher
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: January
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Year 3 students
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an enriching curriculum
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance student learning
Implement effective behaviour management strategies and contribute to a positive school culture
Regularly assess and provide constructive feedback to support individual student progress
Establish strong communication channels with parents for a collaborative approach to education
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience as a Year 3 Class Teacher
Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and assessment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
