They are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging and differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse student population.
· Plan, deliver, and assess a stimulating and differentiated curriculum in line with national standards and school policies.
· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being, engagement, and active participation.
· Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
· Implement effective behaviour management strategies and provide pastoral support to students as needed.
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, assessments, and reports in accordance with school policies.
· Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and achievements.
· Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement efforts.
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally with specific experience in Key Stage 2 or Year 4.
· Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
· Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to behaviour management.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
