We are currently partnering with a leading early years program in Harrow, West London to recruit a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager who can lead a team of 3-5 educators, which you will bring with you to deliver exceptional care and education to young children.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our early years program within primary schools and nurseries in Harrow, West London. The successful candidate will not only demonstrate strong leadership skills and expertise in early childhood education but will also have the ability to recruit and bring on board a team of 3-5 dedicated educators to support the growth and development of our program.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

·         Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum and learning experiences that align with early years best practices and curriculum frameworks.

·         Ensure the provision of a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.

·         Oversee staffing needs, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of 3-5 additional team members.

·         Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

·         Build strong partnerships with parents and families, promoting open communication and involvement in their child’s education.

·         Collaborate with school leadership and stakeholders to support the overall mission and goals of the institution.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with previous leadership experience required.

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

·         Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) preferred.

·         Proven ability to recruit and bring on board a team of 3-5 educators.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

·         Strong knowledge of early years curriculum frameworks, such as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

·         Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.

·         Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.

Additional Information:

·         This is a full-time position based in Harrow, West London, with a salary of £230 on a daily rate and benefits package comparable to that of a Nursery Manager, There is also a £200 bonus for each EYFS Practitioner you bring with you up to a total of £1000 as a bonus.
