Seeking a nurturing Nursery Nurse skilled in personal care for an esteemed educational institution in the vibrant borough of Islington, North London. As a Nursery Nurse with expertise in personal care, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of our little ones. Your days will be brimming with warmth, learning, and nurturing, as you offer essential support and guidance during this foundational stage of development. From assisting with personal care routines to leading engaging activities, you’ll create a secure and stimulating environment where each child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide compassionate personal care assistance to children, encompassing feeding, toileting, and dressing, always mindful of their dignity and comfort.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through tailored activities and interactions.
• Establish strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and cooperation in their educational journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, always ensuring the well-being of all children.


Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM,

Term Time Salary: Daily Rate £85-£100

Type: Full Time, Long Term

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s lives. Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and understanding in supporting children with personal care needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building connections with children, families, and colleagues. Committed to continuous professional development and learning within the field of early childhood education.
