Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students within the Key Stage 1 phase.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their academic and personal development.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive curriculum, sharing best practices and supporting the school’s vision.
Establish strong partnerships with parents and guardians, maintaining open lines of communication to foster a positive home-school relationship.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, either as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced practitioner.
A thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment procedures.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students.
A passion for creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment that promotes independent thinking and fosters a love for learning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
