Are you a caring and passionate SEN specialist looking to make a difference in the life of a special individual? If so, then this could be the perfect role for you.

We are currently on the lookout for a SEN specialist to join our team and work with a lovely girl with ASD. You will be responsible for providing the right support, advice and guidance to ensure she reaches her maximum potential.

This role requires someone who is patient and understanding and can offer a positive and nurturing approach to helping her develop socially, emotionally and academically. You will need excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with the girl’s family and other staff in the setting.

For this role, you will need a degree in SEN or a related field, along with a minimum of two years’ experience working with special educational needs. You should be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour, and have experience of developing and delivering tailored interventions.
