We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a Primary school in Waltham Forest. Working with a great team of teachers and support staff, the successful candidate will help provide the best possible learning experience for children with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with SEN and will be passionate about providing an inclusive learning environment. They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and be committed to providing the best possible learning experience for all children.
The role involves supporting teachers and working with children in groups or one-on-one, assisting with lesson planning, classroom preparation and offering additional support and guidance where required. The successful candidate will also work closely with other teaching staff and external agencies to ensure the children are receiving the best possible care and support.
The successful candidate will have Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience of working with children with SEN. They will have excellent communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to use their initiative. They will also have excellent organisational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
