- Create and present engaging lessons that are adapted to the needs of pupils while adhering to the National Curriculum.
- Establish a welcoming, safe, and supportive learning atmosphere where each kid feels appreciated and supported.
- Employ several educational methods to suit varying student learning preferences and skill levels.
- Track and evaluate kids’ progress while giving parents and students helpful criticism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school’s curriculum.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrated experience instructing in a primary school, concentrating on Key Stage 2.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Year 4/5 curriculum and evaluation techniques.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to forge enduring bonds with colleagues, parents, and students.
- A strong desire for ongoing professional development and a dedication to remaining current with the best teaching practises.
- Competitive salary – £34,514 – £48,000 – Dependent on experience (M1 – M6)
