Position Overview: A dedicated and experienced EYFS teacher is sought to join a passionate team in Ealing on a full-time, long-term basis. As an EYFS teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying the groundwork for their future academic success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify individual learning needs, offering targeted support and interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child.
  • Forge positive connections with children, encouraging independence, resilience, and a passion for learning.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to school policies and statutory requirements.

Qualities Needed:

  • Possession of QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) along with specialized experience in Early Years education.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its effective implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering rapport with children, parents, and fellow educators.
  • Demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to innovative teaching and learning practices.
  • Dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom and broader community.
  • Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach to meeting the diverse needs of each child.

Pay Rates:

EYFS Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (Based on the Teacher Pay Scale in the UK)
