Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive daily rate for HLTA (£100-£120, Experience Dependent)

Role Overview:

My Client is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their esteemed team. They are seeking an individual who embodies the spirit of Ealing – one who is passionate about education, dedicated to inclusivity, and eager to inspire and empower young minds within this enchanting and diverse community.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with educators to design and deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals and small groups, fostering their academic growth and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and holistic development.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to working within a dynamic school environment.
