Role Overview:
My Client is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their esteemed team. They are seeking an individual who embodies the spirit of Ealing – one who is passionate about education, dedicated to inclusivity, and eager to inspire and empower young minds within this enchanting and diverse community.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with educators to design and deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and holistic development.
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to working within a dynamic school environment.
