👩‍🏫 Role and Responsibilities: As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal development of young learners aged 5 to 7. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Upholding high standards of teaching and adhering to school policies and procedures.

💼 Qualifications and Qualities: To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with KS1 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A creative and innovative approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire a love for learning.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the classroom and school community.

💰 Pay and Hours:

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay:KS1 Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (Paid to scale)
