Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive daily rate for HLTA (£100-£120, Experience Dependent)

Role Overview: My Client is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their esteemed team. They are in search of an individual who embodies the spirit of Cheshunt – someone who is passionate about education, committed to inclusivity, and eager to inspire and empower young minds within this vibrant and close-knit community.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with educators to design and deliver engaging and tailored lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to individuals and small groups, nurturing their academic growth and confidence.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
  • Contribute actively to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at promoting diversity, equality, and positive social interaction across the school community.
  • Play an integral role in shaping the culture and ethos of My Client, bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a commitment to excellence to the table.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and holistic development.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to working within a dynamic school environment.
  • A steadfast commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive and reach their full potential.
