Teach Now are currently recruiting a year 5 teacher on behalf of a primary school based in Islington. This is a long-term role, starting in February 2022 until the end of the academic year. This role involves taking full responsibility of a year 5 class.
My client is a smaller than an average primary school and have been graded as “Good” in their most recent OFSTED. The school provides a seamless integrated service from pre-birth to the end of year 6 together with adult and community learning opportunities.
The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role as continuity is key.
Have QTS status
Have experience in working with Key Stage 2
Experience in assessing child development and planning activities to support their ongoing attainment and growth
Be able to commit for the duration of the placement
Be creative and dynamic in their approach to teaching and learning
Be honest and compassionate
DBS checked or happy to complete one
