Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation: HLTA Daily Rate: Competitive (£100-£120, Based on Experience)

Role Overview:

My Client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dedicated team. They are looking for someone who thrives on creativity, values inclusivity and is dedicated to nurturing young minds in a dynamic and diverse setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide personalized support to individuals and small groups, nurturing their academic progress and confidence.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at promoting diversity and equality across the school community.
  • Play an active role in shaping the ethos and growth of My Client, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an educational setting, with a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and training.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment where all students can thrive.
