Position: Newly Qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Location: Barnet, London

Responsibilities:

As a Newly Qualified ECT in Barnet, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons.
Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and implementing individualized learning plans.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Be a newly qualified teacher or have limited teaching experience (up to two years).
