KS1 Teacher with QTS in Barnet

Role Overview:

As a full-time Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of their younger learners. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to primary education will inspire a lifelong love of learning and equip children with the skills they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of Key Stage 1 students, ensuring progression and attainment.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to explore and learn.
• Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to provide additional support and interventions as required, promoting inclusion and equity.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and guardians, maintaining regular communication and involving them in their child’s educational journey.
• Contribute actively to the wider school community through participation in events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience or training in Key Stage 1 education, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire children, colleagues, and parents alike.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young learners.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, with a desire to continually enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.

Long Term – Full Time – Term Time Salary: Daily Rate £160-£210 (based on the Teacher pay scale)
