Role Overview:

As a full-time Nursery Nurse, you will be an integral part of our nursery team, responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences to children aged 0-5 years. Your passion for working with young children, coupled with your nurturing nature, will contribute to creating a positive and enriching environment for our little learners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness at all times.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning, development, and creativity.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of trust, security, and belonging.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that meets regulatory standards and promotes children’s health and hygiene.
• Support the observation, assessment, and documentation of children’s progress and development, providing feedback and insights to inform individualised planning and support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery setting, with a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting children’s emotional, social, and physical well-being.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow in your role as a Nursery Nurse.

Long Term – Full Time – Term Time Salary: Daily Rate £85-£95
