Position: EYFS Teacher

Location: Colindale, Barnet

Hours: Full-time, Term Time (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

Salary: Daily rate £160-£210 per day (Based on the Teacher Pay Scale)

Role Overview:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to early years students, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment conducive to growth and development. Collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents/carers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation.
• Establish effective communication channels with parents/carers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
• Proven experience working with early years students, preferably within a similar setting.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love of learning.
