Role Overview:
This illustrious Colindale primary school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) with a specialized focus on interventions for Key Stage 2 students. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational progress and well-being of our students, contributing to a positive and enriching school experience.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing targeted interventions to support Key Stage 2 students in their academic and personal development.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to assess student progress and tailor interventions to individual needs.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring and recording student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with experience in conducting interventions.

• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• An initiative-taking and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
