Hours of Work: 8:30-3:30, Term Time

Pay: SEN TA: £85-£100 Daily Rate

Role Overview:

As an SEN TA with a specialization in SEMH, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with complex emotional and behavioural needs. From providing one-on-one assistance to implementing tailored intervention strategies, your dedication and expertise will contribute to the holistic development of each child. Working closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers, you will collaborate to create inclusive learning environments where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
• A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools).
