SEN TA: £85-£100 Daily Rate

Role Overview:

As a Brent resident with a deep understanding of SEMH needs, you will step into the role of SEN TA with confidence and empathy. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions, providing vital support to students navigating the complexities of their emotions and behaviours. From implementing tailored interventions to collaborating with the SEN team, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping positive outcomes for these young minds.

Requirements:

• Your understanding of SEMH needs in children is rooted in personal experience and professional knowledge.
• You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to connect with students and colleagues alike with empathy and understanding.
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, as you thrive in multidisciplinary environments where teamwork is key.
• While not mandatory, qualifications or training in SEN support would be advantageous, further enhancing your ability to make a difference.
