We are delighted to be partnering with a School Trust in Enfield, committed to providing exceptional education for students from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2). We are seeking experienced Teachers ready to embark on new journeys as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to establish themselves in the field of education.

Currently, many of the schools within the trust are looking for teachers from Early Years to Year 6 to work in their school from September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team and in future work within other schools.

Job Details:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons and learning activities aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Develop and implement safe and stimulating learning activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals such as speech therapists and health visitors to ensure holistic support for students.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to inform instructional strategies.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupil engagement and attainment.
  • Provide regular feedback to pupils and parents on progress and areas for development.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff to optimize learning outcomes for all pupils.
  • Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and staff training activities to enhance teaching practice.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • UK Teaching qualification such as a PGCE, SCITT, or Bachelor of Education (BEd).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and its requirements.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate pupils to realize their full potential.
  • Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
