Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant with Personal Care Experience

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay:

EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day.

Our client, a distinguished institution nestled in the heart of Enfield, seeks an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant with Personal Care experience to enrich their esteemed team. The chosen candidate will play an indispensable role in nurturing the growth and well-being of our youngest learners, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with the class teacher to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons tailored to the EYFS curriculum, fostering a love for learning from an early age.
• Demonstrating compassion and sensitivity while providing personalised support to children with additional needs, including assistance with personal care routines, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
• Cultivating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and discover.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development, fostering a sense of belonging and community within the school.

Pay Scale:

EYFS Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting children with personal care needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents alike.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their social, emotional, and academic development, with a compassionate and patient demeanour.
