Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of tailored interventions to support students’ learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-to-one support and small group sessions, fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within KS1, is desirable.
• Proven experience in delivering interventions and supporting students’ progress.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to promoting positive learning experiences for all students.
Pay Scale:
Teaching Assistant: £85-£100 per day.
