Position Overview:

A dedicated and experienced EYFS teacher is sought to join a passionate team in Hackney on a full-time, long-term basis. As an EYFS teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying the foundation for their future academic success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in alignment with the EYFS framework.
• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment conducive to the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and identify individual learning needs, offering targeted support and interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence, resilience, and a passion for learning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.

Qualities Needed:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with specialized experience in Early Years education.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and its application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom and wider community.
• Resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach to addressing the individual needs of each child.

Pay Rates:

EYFS Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (Based on the Teacher Pay Scale in the UK)
