Pay:
Teaching Assistant (TA): £85-£100 per day
Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA): £100-£120 per day
Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SENTA): £85-£100 per day

Role Overview:
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to young learners, particularly through intervention sessions. Your dedication to education and experience in guiding students through challenging topics will be instrumental in helping them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
Provide targeted support to students requiring intervention, both individually and in small groups.
Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that empowers every child to succeed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
Foster the social and emotional development of students, promoting resilience and self-confidence.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a focus on KS1 education.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering effective intervention sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and patient approach to supporting young learners.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (preferred).
