Nursery Nurse with Personal Care Needed in Hackney, East London

As a Nursery Nurse with Personal Care experience, you will play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of our youngest learners. Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, and nurturing, as you provide essential support and guidance to children during their formative years. From assisting with personal care routines to facilitating engaging activities, you will create a safe and stimulating environment where each child can thrive.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide personal care assistance to children, including feeding, toileting, and dressing, with sensitivity and compassion.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and interactions.
• Foster positive relationships with children and their families, promoting open communication and partnership in their education journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children at all times.

Role Requirements:

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: Daily Rate £85-£95

Position Type: Full Time, Long Term

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children.
• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when supporting children with personal care needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning in the field of early childhood education.
