Pay Scale:
TA: £85-£100 per day

Role and Responsibilities:
• As a Key Stage 1 TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and personal development of students within the school, you will:
• Conduct interventions to support students’ learning needs, both individually and in small groups
• Work closely with the class teacher to implement tailored strategies that address the specific learning challenges of each student.
• Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within Key Stage 1, is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Proactive approach to supporting student learning, with the ability to adapt interventions based on individual needs.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
