Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (TA) with Intervention Experience

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Term Time Only, Full Time Location: Hackney, East London

Pay Scale:
TA: £85-£100 per day
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Key Stage 2 TA with Intervention Experience, you will be instrumental in providing targeted support to students in their academic and personal development journey. You will:
• Be delivering interventions tailored to meet the specific learning needs of individual students, both independently and in small groups.
• Be collaborating closely with class teachers, you will implement strategies designed to address learning challenges effectively.
• Be fostering an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported will be central to your role.
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a particular emphasis on Key Stage 2, coupled with intervention experience.
• A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their educational progress.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Proactive approach to supporting student learning, with a knack for adapting interventions to suit individual requirements.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are highly desirable.
